Don't get nervious the registry is just a bunch of files and subfolders and is fairly easy to navigate with the right technique.

Lets start with opening hkey local machine by hiting the plus sign. Now lets go ahead and open software and click on the first folder (don't open the folder just click once) Press your M key this will get you to the the first key starting with M. Now find Microsoft and open it. Next-Same concept as before click any file folder but this time press w and find Windows. Open the folder. Now the key right at the top is current verson. Find it and open it. Using the same method as before type in r and scroll to the run key. This time we are looking to the right for the list of programs running at start up. Take your time here and don't delete any programs you want to load at startup. Don't worry wont ruin for system in editing this key.

When your finished playing just close the registry editor no need to save. These changes will be effective next time ya boot!
